1. General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the akp48 platform ("Platform", "we", "akp48") and all its users ("members", "you"). By visiting the akp48 website, creating an account, or using any service on the platform, you fully agree to these Terms.

akp48 is an online gaming platform that provides live casino, sports betting, slot games, arcade, and many other types of gaming services for Bangladeshi players. The platform is committed to ensuring fair and transparent gameplay.

These Terms are written in Bengali and apply to players in Bangladesh. If you do not understand any part of these Terms, please contact the akp48 support team.

2. Account Registration & Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

To open an account on akp48 and participate in any games or betting activities, you must be at least 21 years old. The platform may request identity documents or other paperwork to verify your age at any time. Accounts belonging to minors will be closed immediately and all balances may be forfeited.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each individual, family, or household may hold only one account. Having multiple accounts under the same person will be treated as fraudulent activity and all such accounts will be closed. All bonuses and winnings across both accounts will be forfeited.

2.3 Accuracy of Registration Information

All information provided at the time of account registration must be true, accurate and complete. Providing false information may result in account closure and forfeiture of all funds. It is the member's responsibility to notify the akp48 support team as soon as possible if any information changes.

2.4 Verification Process

akp48 reserves the right to conduct identity verification (KYC) at any time. This process may require you to submit a national ID card, passport, or other government-issued documents. Withdrawal requests may be held until verification is completed.

3. Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. akp48 will never ask a member for their password by email or phone. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, change your password immediately and notify our support team.

• Use a strong password — combining letters, numbers and special characters.
• If you log in on someone else's device, always log out at the end of the session.
• Avoid sensitive transactions on public or shared Wi-Fi networks.
• Do not share access to your account with anyone else.

You are responsible for all activities carried out from your account. akp48 will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised third-party access unless it was directly caused by a security flaw in the platform.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

akp48 currently supports transactions through the following mobile financial services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

4.2 Minimum Limits

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 (per method)
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500
• Normal withdrawal time: 10 to 45 minutes

4.3 Deposit Process

Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly. If there is a delay due to technical reasons, please contact the support team with the transaction reference number. Deposits can be made from one account using multiple methods, but the original deposit method is given priority at the time of withdrawal.

4.4 Withdrawal Process

Before requesting a withdrawal, make sure your account verification is complete. Withdrawals are normally processed within 10–45 minutes. Unusual transactions may require additional verification, which could cause some delay.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

akp48 offers new members a 200% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000.

• Example 1: ৳1,000 deposit → bonus ৳2,000 → total balance ৳3,000
• Example 2: ৳12,000 deposit → bonus ৳10,000 (maximum limit) → total balance ৳22,000

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Before the welcome bonus becomes withdrawable, a 10x wagering requirement must be met. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of deposit and bonus.

Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 10 = ৳20,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each member will receive the welcome bonus only once.
• The wagering requirement must be completed within a set period from the date the bonus is credited — the specific deadline is stated on the promotions page.
• Not all games can be played with bonus funds — specific restrictions apply.
• Attempting to claim bonuses from multiple accounts will be treated as fraud.
• akp48 reserves the right to change, suspend or cancel any promotion.

5.4 Cashback Offers

From time to time, akp48 may offer special cashback deals. These offers have their own terms, which will be clearly communicated when the offer is made. VIP members can enjoy regular weekly cashback according to their tier — see the VIP section for details.

6. Gaming Rules

6.1 Fair Play Policy

All games on akp48 are operated using fair and verifiable Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. The platform is committed to ensuring fair play and preventing any form of manipulation.

6.2 Technical Errors

Any game result caused by a technical error will be considered void and the stake for that bet will be refunded. The policy of "technical errors void all payments" applies.

6.3 Disconnection

If your internet connection drops during a game, most game sessions can be recovered after reconnecting. However, this may not always be possible and akp48 is not liable for losses in such circumstances.

6.4 Special Conditions for Sports Betting

Odds displayed in sports betting may change at any time. Once a bet is confirmed, the odds at that moment will apply. If an event is cancelled or abandoned, the stake for the relevant bet is generally refunded.

7. VIP Program

The akp48 VIP program has five tiers. Each tier offers weekly cashback and other benefits:

• Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Diamond: up to 0.8% weekly cashback

Through regular gaming activity you can move up to a higher VIP tier. VIP cashback and benefits may be changed at any time at akp48's discretion, and members will be notified in advance.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on akp48:

• Abusing the bonus system or attempting to earn bonuses through fraudulent tactics.
• Creating multiple accounts or using someone else's account.
• Hacking, or introducing viruses or malicious code into the platform's software or infrastructure.
• Transacting funds of illegal origin through an account.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes.
• Harassing, threatening or defrauding other members.
• Operating an account on behalf of a minor or helping them access the platform.
• Using akp48's intellectual property without permission.

Any involvement in the above activities will result in immediate account closure and all funds may be forfeited. In serious cases, the relevant authorities may be notified.

9. Account Suspension & Closure

9.1 akp48's Rights

akp48 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, without prior notice, particularly in the event of a breach of these Terms.

9.2 Member's Rights

You may close your own account at any time by notifying the akp48 support team. An opportunity to withdraw any valid balance will be provided before the account is closed, unless the closure is due to a breach of terms.

9.3 Inactive Account Policy

Specific policies may apply to accounts that have been inactive for an extended period. The definition of inactivity and the related terms are at the discretion of the akp48 management team. A warning email will be sent before any action is taken due to prolonged inactivity.

10. Responsible Gaming

akp48 places the highest importance on responsible gaming. We believe that gaming is a form of entertainment — not a solution to financial problems.

• Set deposit and wagering limits for yourself.
• Do not chase losses.
• Do not play while under the influence of alcohol or in an emotionally unstable state.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, akp48 will not be liable for the following:

• Interruptions to a game session caused by internet disconnection.
• Unauthorized access to an account due to the member's own negligence.
• Technical issues on the part of a third-party game provider.
• Issues arising from false or incomplete information provided by the member.
• Profits expected but not earned from gaming.

In the event of any dispute, the decision made by akp48 will be considered final; however, the member may request a review through the complaint process.

13. Changes to Terms and Conditions

akp48 reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. In the case of significant changes, members will be notified via email or through a notice on the platform.

Continued use of the platform after changes have been made means you have accepted the new terms and conditions. If you object to the new terms, you will be given the option to close your account.
